Target: Start writing a log entry.


This is your first morning in Australia. You open your eyes and you can't believe what you are seeing. You arrived at night so this is your first view of Australia in daylight.


The picture below is your view. I have chosen what picture you have.


Describe what you feel, see, smell and hear and compare to Sweden or another country you know well.

E: I woke up in a strange place. I saw trees and flowers. I smelled flowers and I felt warm.

C: I woke up in a strange, warm place. There were trees all around me. Flowers, which grew on the ground,  smelled sweet. I felt excited.

A: I woke in a strange place surrounded by trees and flowers. Even though the green leafed branches were blocking the sun, it was still warm. I felt happy, breathing in the sweet scent of the flowers.
